The job of an administrative services clerk is to perform the clerical, sometimes secretarial and administrative duties as well but that to in some particular areas. He or she has to work under the direct supervision of the administrative manager. The duty includes responsibilities of administrative nature in the areas such as purchasing, budget and human resources. An Administrative services clerk also does fiscal record keeping and performs all other duties and tasks as required for the job.

An administrator clerk has to do the basic clerical duties such as typing  letters, reports and even numerical data with the used of word processor sometimes.

The candidate should be very good at mathematics so he or she must be able to perform mathematical computations perfectly.
