A construction project analyst is an person who is responsible for preparation of internal as well external reports related to construction projects of the organization. He gathers, analysis and summarizes data in order to prepare these reports. He also evaluates the performance of construction projects and monitors its efficiency. He has to monitor the budget of the projects and review the expenses so as to reduce the budget the project. In addition he also has to provide support to the departments in order to gather and analyze data. He also develops cost control measures and produces documents and manages the trend of the project.
