The job of a Legal Nurse Consultant basically depends upon the employment field but the basic duties remain same in the medical field.   • He or she has to spend a good amount of time in the courtroom as a member of the litigation team.

  • The basic degree required to do the job is a bachelor’s degrees in nursing and they have advanced degrees.

  • He or she should have the required past working experience of 5 years at least of work in the related field.
