The Site Director is basically an in charge of the overall procedures on the site. He or she has the responsibility to manage the staff. There are many responsibilities attached to it. He or she needs to be very sure about the safety of the staff. It will be needed to ensure that everyone gets involved which can include campers, staff and people on the site.

  • The site director has the prime responsibility to supervise the staff and volunteers to provide a healthy environment.
  • He or she needs to work for the promotion of the staff by providing information on workshops and trainings for promoting professional growth.
  • He or she has the responsibility to conduct the group meeting and discussions with the staff regularly.

  • The person needs to understand and become familiar with licensing regulations, rules and procedures.
  • He or she has to ensure that the programming is settling down by the authority meets all the demands as set down by the State and does not confront with any of them.
  • It will be the duty to maintain the site according to the standards including environmental standards as well.
  • The site director has the responsibility to maintain accurate records and reports timely.
  • He or she has to take actively part in the meetings and has to prepare the reports of attendance and required timings properly.
  • It will be the responsibility to consults the entire issues and concerns that might have arisen on the sites.
