The refunds managers are required in some industries to process and adjudicate refund requests. It will be the responsibility to make sure the verification that the customer’s money has indeed entered the company’s accounts. It is also needed to oversee that the refund has been cleared by higher management.   • The person must have the ability to put a keen eye for the computational details with a high level of accuracy in the work.
  • He or she must have the excellent organization skills to do the job.

  • He or she should be able to work under high pressure, long work hours and comply with deadlines properly.

Education and Qualifications

  • The basic degree required to do the job is a college degree in commerce with a good training in statistics and econometrics.
  • It will be an added advantage for the person having a post graduate education in course in either field is an employment edge.
  • The person needs to have required Computer literacy with spreadsheets and word processing.
  • He or she should have worked very familiar with the automated accounting systems or ERP is an edge.
