The IT recruiter is responsible for ensuring successful recruiting of IT professionals for the organization. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Development of candidates for various IT positions from within the organization through training before the actual need arises
  • Include newspaper advertisements for different IT positions
  • Work with professional recruiting agencies to get the best possible IT talent
  • Lead the development and implementation of online IT recruitment strategies
  • Carry out research to find out if the recruitment strategies being applied in the organization are effective
