An Administrative Law Judge, also known as adjudicator or hearing officer, is employed by government bodies to make legal conclusions or, form administrative agencies. This judge has to decide matters like –

(1) employment unfairness,
(2) eligibility for Social Security or workers’ payment benefits,
(3) implementation of health and safety policies,
(4) environment protection, and
(5) Conformity of economic regulatory requirements.
