They deal with cases involving disputes about ‘Intellectual Property’ rights – the clients can be either defendant or a litigant. Intellectual Property Rights Attorney Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Clarifying the details of local and international IP laws to clients. They are involved in conventions and jurisprudence in both local and international courts
  • Coordinate with embassy officials or IP legal and government equivalents and appropriate bodies in foreign nations for making sure the enforcement of IP laws
