Office Cleaner Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Assigns projects to team based on their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate with building manager for maintain the cleanliness
  • Coordinate with their agency’s office to ensure proper cleaning supplies and equipments
  • Prescribe the appropriate cleaning fluids, solutions and waxes for cleaning activities
  • Screen and recruit people
  • Train both new and experienced workers.
  • Prepare reports about the work done
  • Take part in performance and quality enhancement programs..
