The job of an Auto Sales Associate is challenging, competitive and requires dynamism. Duties and Responsibilities
- Interacting with store buyers and giving them necessary product presentations.
- Completing all assigned tasks and reporting to the supervisor.
- Driving revenue into the organization and working in coordination with all team members
- Assisting in the proper paperwork and transferring documentation of the vehicle.
- Gathering market information on products and offerings of competitor companies.
- Making sales strategies for meeting targets.
- Giving buyer feedback, complaints and suggestions to the supervisor and the marketing team for promotional strategies.
- Gathering a base of potential buyers for sale of vehicles.
- Assisting in strategizing of promotional events for the showroom.
Skills and Specifications
- Must possess excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Must have good persuasive and interpersonal abilities for dealing with potential buyers.
- Good time management skills with the ability of meeting all targets.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate work functions.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or an associate’s degree in sales and marketing, advertising, engineering or any other related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Post Graduate degree in sales or marketing management or auto engineering with about 2 to 3 years experience in the field of automobile sales is preferred.
