Real Estate Salesperson Job Profile and Description

Also known as the ‘Real Estate Agent’, this position deals with convincing clients to buy a property, residential & commercial, both developed or under development. One may work for landlords, or help tenants for finding homes or commercial properties.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Real estate salespersons may represent buyers or sellers for property dealings
  • They must be able to professionally market themselves and the properties they are dealing with
  • They have to make and sustain complicated offers as this is a very aggressive market
  • They should be efficient in market technological innovation and be able to search directories for details on residence tax details, lease qualities or find out available houses for sale
  • hey must get ready, using the newest application, appropriate documents necessary for particular residence transactions
  • They must be aware of the newest styles and requirements in the residence market
  • They should also be able to estimate and set costs in realty

Skills and Specifications

  • Real estate sales people need to have ideal interaction abilities, both published and verbal
  • They have must have excellent discussion and marketing skills
  • They must be excellent with statistics and willing to perform hard
  • They must have excellent marketing skills
  • They should have primary understanding of technological innovation to make transactions
  • They set their own daily activities and may also home based although a reputable or acknowledged residence company allows them to get more clients

Education and Qualifications

There is no set qualification requirement for this position. A high school diploma is enough, but many companies may be interested in only people with commerce or a management background and, a diploma or degree in sales & marketing.
