A Sales Director controls the sales actions and programs of a company. This sales functionality comes under marketing, advertising, promotions and sales experts. A sales director works in Sales Management and is accountable for achieving monthly or yearly sales objectives, building up distribution channels, developing ideal business communication, and offering idea for all ideal sales plans and their execution.
