Bank help desk is something which is extremely helpful in clearing doubts and guides the customers to take the right decision. Duties and Responsibilities

  • The bank help desk should be very understanding and have very good interpersonal skills to be cordial towards customers
  • He or she basically have the communication skills so must communicate well, both verbally and in writing,
  • He or she should be very mannered and presentable to handle the quires and will have to be calm and composed in the tough situations.
  • He or she should be very hard working so in certain situations they may have to work long hours and in stressful situation.

Education and Qualifications

  • BASIC DEGREE: the basic degree which is required for the job is a  bachelor’s degree with a commerce background or an MBA with specialization in finance or accounting is good for this job
  • The other requirement for the job is having basic knowledge of computers and software related to banking work will be also beneficial.
