The Recruiters are the one who has the duty to make qualified candidates fill vacancies of the organizations and they also can work upon the contract basis. Recruiters can be of different types; such as some recruiters work for outside staffing agencies, others work as full-time human resources specialists. They can be employed by different types of employers- government agencies, educational institutions, advertising and marketing firms, telecommunications companies etc…

As the job of a recruiter is very vital and comprehensive so here are the basic duties and responsibilities which have to be fulfilled by a recruiter:

  • He or she needs to help the candidates by encouraging them to apply to those jobs for which they are best suited and introduce them to their expertise and experience.

  • The basic degree required to do the job is a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management with specialization in Human Resources which is highly essential.
  • It will be added as an advantage for the person having the experience of working as Human Resource officers or recruiters in other organizations.
