A customer service assistant manager is generally hired by huge corporate companies, hotels or restaurants and MNC’s. The aim is to handle customers to provide satisfactory service. He or she needs to work under a customer service manager. Duties and Responsibilities

  • He or she will be responsible for any mismanagement occurs within the customer service department.
  • He or she has the duty to be attentive and help the new customer services trainees.

  • He or she should have the ability to attend annoyed customers in a pleasant and polite manner.
  • The person should have the ability to divide the job responsibilities and day to day targets to subordinates properly according to their abilities.

Education and Qualifications

  • The person should have done the graduation in any stream with customer service and management diplomas.
  • It will be added as an advantage for the person having the degree of post Graduation in management or MBA degree.
