Flight Attendant is part of the cabin crew staff in an airline. The job profile of a ‘Flight Attendant’ requires a person to undertake different kinds of tasks to provide excellent customer service to passengers. He/she helps passengers for different things to make their journey safe and pleasant.

Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Assisting passengers follow all the safety regulations
  • Performing first aid, If required for any passenger
  • Supervising the hygiene and neatness of the airplane throughout the flight
  • Serving meals to passengers
  • To make sure that the air journey is pleasant and safe for passengers
  • Handling queries of passengers

Skills and Specifications –

  • Knowledge of one or more foreign languages is a plus
  • Great people skills
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Be a team player
  • Having knowledge about different destinations to guide/advice passengers about is appreciated
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be physically fit, the job requires standing for long hours

Educational Qualifications –

  • A high school diploma is mandatory
  • Training certificate in aviation is a plus
