The job profile of a Housekeeping Services Leader’ requires a person to direct all the duties & activities of Housekeeping Staff – the cleaning and hygiene e tasks. He oversees all staff & activities to keep the hotel clean and organized.

Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Organizing and managing different tasks in housekeeping staff for keeping the hotel clean.
  • Discussing the housekeeping issues with the senior authorities to provide excellent customer service
  • Train the new staff
  • Keeping the housekeeping tools in good condition.
  • Assisting the housekeeping supervisor for different works
  • Performing regular housekeeping duties.

Skills and Specifications –

  • Be able to understand written & verbal instructions from seniors
  • Be able to train others for housekeeping tasks.
  • Be able to perform all manual works professionally
  • Be able to use housekeeping tools and keep them in good condition
  • Be able to answer guests’ queries and solve housekeeping problems.

Education and Qualifications –

  • Have completed High School diploma
  • 1 year of professional housekeeping experience
  • Have a valid State driver’s license
