Receptionist at a Spa mainly greets and welcomes customers at a Spa. They handle general office management and look after reception duties. They respond to queries of customers and guide them about the available services & treatments at the Spa.

Duties and Responsibilities –

  • Greeting & welcoming guests at Spa
  • Responding to their queries patiently and guiding them about the services available
  • Coordinating customers with the therapists
  • Forwarding duty schedules to staff
  • Handling mail correspondence
  • General reception duties like bills, mails etc.
  • Scheduling appointments of customers with therapists

Skills and Specifications –

  • Excellent oral & written language skills
  • Excellent customer service ethics
  • Telephone system operations
  • Professional & courteous

Education and Qualifications –

  • A high school diploma with some experience in reception duties or customer service, however small spas do hire people with no experience
