Client engagement manger deals with all the day to day activities pertaining to client management. His job is to provide consultation services for clients and ensure that all their queries and doubts are satisfactorily cleared. In a broad sense of speaking, the job of a client engagement manager is to ensure that clients of a organization are happy with the services provided and they remain long time patrons of the organization. He also makes sure that the clients are able to optimally use the services provided to them by the organization. It is his job to ensure that clients buy more products of the organization

  • Meeting clients to discuss their requirements

  • Ensure implementation of projects as per client requirements

Client engagement manager Education, Training and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, computer science or sales and marketing is required. A strong knowledge about computer applications and software regarding project development and management is asked for. Master’s degree in business administration is the most preferred qualification. Experience of work for 8 to 10 years in ales and marketing sector or administration sector is required.
