An administrative nurse manager, as the title suggests, as an administrative role to play in managing the operations and responsibilities of the nurses working in a medical facility. He is responsible for planning and developing policies pertaining to the nursing team and their performance, he has to supervise all the nurses and assess if they are fulfilling their responsibilities and maintaining the required standards of the hospital, and he also takes care of all the paperwork which accompanies any patient. An administrative nurse manager, thus, has a very important role to play as he is like the backbone of the nursing operations on which everyone can count on.
