The Chief Technology Officer is accountable for all the technical innovation related issues in the organization like developing technical innovation plans and including them in the technical improvements of the organization. The CTO reports to the CEO of the company.

  • Set requirements for the technical progression in the organization and lead staff for its fulfillment
  • Gather innovative and skilled experts to form a plan and execute it successfully
  • Lead employees of the organization in all technical functioning of the company
  • Developing new technological innovations in the organization for effective working
  • Interact with the other divisions of the organization and make sure that all the facilities relevant to application and components are in excellent operating condition
  • Manages all the IT relevant concerns of the organization like computer systems and servers
  • Maintain excellent cultural connections with stakeholders, govt authorities and lobbyists
