Office Cleaner Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities –
- Assigns projects to team based on their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with building manager for maintain the cleanliness
- Coordinate with their agency’s office to ensure proper cleaning supplies and equipments
- Prescribe the appropriate cleaning fluids, solutions and waxes for cleaning activities
- Screen and recruit people
- Train both new and experienced workers.
- Prepare reports about the work done
- Take part in performance and quality enhancement programs..

- Must be reliable, accountable, sincere and hard working
- Must display great supervisory abilities to deal with a group of cleaners
- Must have excellent communication abilities to get along with people
- Must have a contented frame of mind and willing to perform under dirty conditions
Office Cleaner Supervisor Education and Qualifications
- A high school diploma is sufficient for this position
- A certificate course from the ‘International Executive Housekeepers Association’ is a plus
