  • He or she has to maintain the coordination with the clients, account coordinators, different sales specialists and other sector directors.
  • He or she is responsible for recruiting and training hospital sales staff.
  • The duty includes supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.
  • He or she has the duty to allocate areas to hospitality sales executives.
  • It will be the responsibility to set the budgets and targets of the hospitals as well as reporting back to senior managers.
  • He or she needs to maintain the collaboration with the hospital customers which may include actual selling of hospital insurance policies.
