  • Supervise and manage a team of client relations agents assigned to handle a variety of corporate clients in the assigned sales area.

  • Establish continuing rapport with corporate clients with regular contacts to proactively check they are getting the standards in the service level agreement.
  • Provide periodic performance report on client retention profile.

  • Should have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and diplomatic skills dealing with clients in various levels of the organization.
